The waterways surrounding Cape Coral will light up as part of the community’s annual holiday celebration.
The Holiday Boat-Along and Christmas Movie is presented by the City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department.
The family event has been enjoyed by the community for more than 40 years and includes kids’ crafts, on-stage entertainment, a parade of boats, food trucks, and the much anticipated arrival of Santa and his elves.
Residents and visitors can view the brightly decorated boats from the beach at Four Freedoms Park as the vessels pass by on their way to the miles of area canals.
At dusk, a free movie will be presented on a giant inflatable screen on the lawn of the park. This year’s featured movie is The Polar Express, the story of a sceptical boy who learns about the Christmas spirit on a train journey to the North Pole.
Families are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the film. Refreshments will be available all evening from attending food tucks. Vendors such as these frequently use Print shops to provide signage and other Print materials to draw attention to their Menus.
The Holiday Boat-Along and Christmas Movie will be presented on December 21, 2024, at Four Freedoms Park in Cape Coral. For the convenience of those who wish to park downtown, a shuttle will provide free transportation to the event.Get a Free Quote for Menus Get a Free Quote for Print
