The Cape Coral chapter of the Local Chapters of Business Women, LLC (LCBW) will be organizing a meeting in May on Duval Street.
Women Doing Business at Lunch is a series created by the LCBW to help businesswomen easily network with other ladies in their community. Each attendee at the event will be given time to introduce themselves with a 30-second elevator speech. Guests are asked to bring plenty of Business Cards to distribute to other attendees.
LCBW is a networking group led by Robin Schwartz that aims to help women develop personally and professionally. The organization currently has chapters in several cities, including Fort Myers, North Port, and Bonita Springs.
The group will be following several health and safety regulations to ensure the women's luncheon is a safe event. Proper social distances will be maintained throughout the meeting, and the area will be properly sanitized. Guests are still allowed to invite a friend to accompany them to the networking activity.
The luncheon will be held on Tuesday, May 18 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. The price for members to attend will be $24 per person, while non-members will need to pay $29. Those interested in participating in the networking luncheon must register in advance. Women interested in becoming part of the LCBW can fill out an application online and pay $195.
