The Alliance is holding ‘Arts On Tap’ this month. Taking place entirely inside the campus of the Alliance for the Arts, 10091 McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers, guests will be able to try the finest beverages from a number of suppliers.
Organizations planning fundraisers often create Promotional Products to raise even more money. During the Arts on Tap event, the Alliance will be selling ‘Support Local’ Pint Glasses for $10. Proceeds from the fundraiser and sales of the promotional Drinkware will go towards the Alliance's arts education programs. A portion of the money raised will go to the Southwest Florida Community Foundation's Hurricane Irma Relief Fund.
Jessica Clark Wisdom, the development director for the Alliance, explained the decision to work with local breweries and distilleries to the Cape Coral Daily Breeze, saying:
"Since we are devoted to being a champion for artists, we have decided to celebrate the artistry of craft beer and distilling."
Breweries and distilleries that will be at the event include List Distillery, Old Soul Brewing, Bury Me Brewing, and Wicked Dolphin Rum.
Tickets to the October 20 fundraiser cost $50 and provide unlimited beer and spirits tastings.
