Toys for Tots gets support from the Brandon Holiday Charity Ball
Calendars fill quickly this time of the year, and now is the time for Brandon folk to put an evening aside for the Eighth Annual Brandon Holiday Charity Ball Masquerade.
The Ball will be held early in December in time to benefit Toys for Tots, an annual toy drive for local underprivileged children. Guests are asked to bring new unwrapped toys.
The evening will consist of dinner and dancing with live entertainment DJ, Chris Heath. The Master of Ceremonies will be Ernest Hooper from the Tampa Bay Times. Way 2 Dance will also have performances by its award winning dancers. There will be a silent auction.
Dress will be masquerade-style semi-formal to formal for the ladies, and suits and ties for the gentlemen.
Individual tickets were $55 until October 31, but have now gone up to $65 apiece. Early bird tables of eight are available at $400, but potential bookers are advised that attendance is limited.
Sponsorships are also available, and those coming forward will be mentioned on the event flyer. Some sponsorship levels also include tickets to the ball, private dance lessons from its organizer The Way 2 Dance, and ads on the program’s event signs.
The event will be held Thursday, December 8 at the Regent, 6437 Watson Road, Riverview. It will begin at 6:30 and run until 10:30 pm.
