Brandon holds holiday ball for charity
“Top Hats and Tiaras”, The Brandon Holiday Charity Ball, will be held toward mid-December. The ball will be a benefit for Toys for Tots and Metropolitan Ministries.
Dinner will be catered by the Metropolitan Ministries. Entertainment will be by a live band, Estaban Camacho- a world-class percussionist- and vocalist Jerry LeNoir. Mr. LeNoir will be singing dance tunes from the 50s through the 80s. Other entertainment will be the award winners of Way 2 Dance. Among the dancers will be Professional Smooth Dance Champions, Jennifer Elliott and William Proper.
Formal attire regulations will require semi-formal or formal wear for all attendees.
Tickets are $85 and can be bought either on PayPal or Eventbrite. Local businesses and companies that attend events such as this often purchase tables and have their Christmas Parties here. Many have photos taken that go into their advertising or brochure printing.
Toys for Tots is a program that provides Christmas toys for under-privileged children. In addition to monetary donations, everyone is invited to drop off unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots before the big evening at Savage Consulting, 136 N. Moon Avenue or The Way 2 Dance, 610 Oakfield Drive.
Metropolitan Ministries provides shelter, food and services to those in need.
