Bradenton to enjoy music event

The rock group Ship of Fools is coming to a Bradenton venue next month.

The first craft brewery in Bradenton, Motorworks Brewing, was founded by Frank and Denise Tschida. The brewery is at what was formerly the Hudson Motors dealership, and features Florida’s largest beer garden, complete with a bocce ball court, a 22-foot projection screen, life-sized Jenga, and a live music stage. Every week, a live music event features local artists and eclectic bands.

Ship of Fools is a five-piece classic rock band formed in 2012. They perform music from the likes of The Beatles, Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, Chuck Berry, Jimmy Cliff, Pink Floyd, and Jerry Garcia. The band members are Rich Sheldon, Turner Moore, Dave Rakower, Mike Hoffman, and Doug Rogells. Attendees will enjoy a mix of bluegrass, folk, rock, and reggae music while drinking award-winning beers. Those interested in attending are encouraged to make reservations and must be 21 years old to purchase alcohol.

Poster printing is a great way for businesses and event organizers to provide information to many passers-by.

Ship of Fools will perform on Sunday, October 16, and the event will go from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. They will be at Motorworks Brewing Headquarters at 1014 9th Street West, in Bradenton. Visit the venue’s website or call 941-209-5913 for more information.
