Artisans and musicians to shine in Bradenton

The second in a three-part flea market and musical evening is coming soon to Bradenton.

Summer & Soul: Summer Night Flea Market and Music Fest Series welcomes people of all ages to downtown Bradenton to enjoy live R&B, soul, jazz, funk, and other music genres.

Visitors of all ages can browse the extensive city artisan flea market for trinkets and treasures and then relax with a beverage while enjoying live music. News of an event like this is often spread by having Print shops provide poster printing services.

The series is presented by the Friendly City Flea, a collective designed to foster and bring together contributors to Bradenton's creative community, including musicians, artisans, and small business entrepreneurs. It provides a space for them to share their talents and connect with other creative individuals through special events and activities.

Summer and Soul is sure to have a community vibe as it is a curated event with all creators and musicians vetted by collective team leaders. The flea market is in an outdoor setting where the artisans, food trucks, and non-profits will be set up, rain or shine. Live musical performances are presented on an inside stage where there will be craft cocktail sales.

Summer and Soul is a free event on Saturday, July 13 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Oscura, Bradenton's live performing arts venue at 816 Manatee Ave E. The final market in the three-night summer series will be August 10.
