The 5th annual Champions of Healthcare Awards is taking place next month, presented by the Manatee Chamber of Commerce.
This is a breakfast awards ceremony that honors healthcare workers throughout Manatee County and includes individuals, institutions, and programs. Awards will be presented in categories including Physician, Nurse, Innovation Research, Youth Volunteer, and Individual Merit. During the event, all nominees and finalists will be honored.
Local businesses can sponsor a table of eight for $400 or a table of $12 for $550. They will receive recognition at the event, ribbon name tags for each guest at the table, and a company sign that will be displayed on the table.
In addition to highlighting those who have gone beyond the call of duty in their profession, this will be a networking opportunity for business and healthcare leaders from the area, including nearby Bradenton. Many of those planning to attend will probably be placing a new business card printing order in advance to ensure they have enough cards to exchange with their peers.
The Champions of Healthcare Awards breakfast will be held at Polo Grill and Bar’s Fete Ballroom in Lakewood Ranch on May 25 from 7:30 to 9:30 AM. Tickets are $38, $25 for students, and $250 for a table of four. Contact Jacki Dezelski at 941-748-3411 to learn more.
