Fairfield will be holding its annual Harvest Market in mid-October.
The one-day event will feature over 60 vendors selling everything from gifts, pet items, dancing lessons, photography and jewelry, to bee products, soaps, sewing supplies, candles, and art. Local businesses such as Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation, C2 Education, and OLIDA Learning will be offering information about their goods and services.
Food trucks will be LobsterCraft, Keith's Ice Cream Truck. Fork in the Road, Bodega Taco Bar and Bella Sera Restaurant.
Costumed dogs and their owners will be lining up beside Old Town Hall beginning at 11:45 am to march in the town's annual Dog Halloween parade which will begin at noon. Prizes will be awarded.
Elicir Brewing Company will sponsor this year's Rotary Beer Garden, and prizes will be awarded to those who can guess the total weight of this year's giant pumpkin.
Attendees are encouraged to take selfies around the giant pumpkin.
Sponsorships that are still available are the $500 Pet Parade General, the $800 Giant Pumpkin, and $1000 Gold. The $2000 Title Sponsor needs to get their Logo Design to the event organizers before the banner printing gets underway for the banner that will be hung in Downtown Fairfield on Sherman Green.
Fairfield Harvest Market will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday, October 19th on the corner of Beach Road and Old Post Road.
