Fairfield Chamber of Commerce will hold its 2019 Economic Outlook Breakfast in a few weeks. Both members and nonmembers are invited to attend.
The two guest speakers will be People’s United Bank’s Chief Economic Strategist John Traynor, and Mike Tetreau, who is Fairfield’s First Selectman. Traynor is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the NY Times and makes regular appearances on the Nightly Business Report, CNBC and Fox Business News. He will discuss the current national and state economies and possible trends for 2019.
Tetreau has been serving Fairfield since 2011. He is the founder of the ‘Fairfield County Five’ initiative which is a program to make Fairfield County a choice location in the NY metropolitan area in which to work, live and visit. Tetreau has made economic development his top priority.
A full breakfast will be buffet-style.
Business owners like to arm themselves with Business Cards and attend events such as these in order to show their support for the community, and for advertising purposes such as pictures to include in their brochure printing.
The Economic Outlook Breakfast will be on Thursday, January 17 from 7:30 am until 9:00 am at the Brooklawn Country Club, 500 Algonquin Road. January 18 will be the snow date. Tickets are $40 for members and $50 for non-members. RSVP is required.
