For Fairfield Halloween enthusiasts and those out for seasonal spooks, Harvest Fair After Dark will be opening in early October. Fun with a not-so-scary atmosphere will be at the daily Harvest Fair at the same location.
Single tickets for each event will be $15.
The daytime Harvest Fair will be geared to the younger set and will feature pony and hay rides, a petting zoo, games, pumpkin decorating, and food trucks.
Parents often take pictures of their little ones enjoying events such as this and get duplicate photos made at local Print shops, or take the pictures to Stationery printers to be added to family Calendars.
Harvest Fair will take place from noon to 5:00 pm at Hope River Farm, October 16, 17, 23, and 24.
The location will turn into Halloween mayhem at 7:00 pm. There will be a beer garden, spooky music, and seasonal-themed games. The hay ride will now be haunted and guests can opt for a chills and thrills Castle Walkthrough.
These two events are fundraisers for Pilot House, an organization that provides services to adults, teens, and children with special needs such as Down syndrome, emotional and social difficulties, Asperger’s, autism, and ADD/ADHD.
Harvest Fair After Dark will open October 8 and run every Friday and Saturday in October after that from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Hope River Farm 1230 Merwins Lane.
