Arvada supports Arts for All

The Arvada Center will be holding its 4th Annual Arts for All Gala in early April.

With this year's theme of "Make Dreams Come True," event organizers are hoping to raise $250,000 to benefit the center's accessibility and art education initiatives, along with its gallery and theater offerings. These will include arts workshops, field trips, theater that attracts young audiences, and free programming.

Individual tickets are $250, while tables are $2,250. Doors will open at 5:00 pm and the silent auction with a cocktail hour follows at 5:30 pm. A presentation and dinner will begin at 7:00 pm with the paddle raiser and live auction at 8:00 pm. A slumber dance party will end the evening starting at 8:30 pm. For those who cannot attend but still want to donate to the cause, a silent auction will be online with bidding beginning one week prior to the event.

Businesses that donate to silent auctions like this often tuck their Business Cards in with the items they donate.

To go along with the "dream" theme, guests are encouraged to attend dressed in comfortable attire, whether it be suit and tie, loungewear, or pajamas. Accoutrements such as fuzzy slippers and face masks are also welcome.

The gala will take place on Saturday, April 5 at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, which is at 6901 Wadsworth Boulevard.
