An event is on the way for the Arvada area that will celebrate the arrival of spring by pairing seasonal produce with an assortment of fresh seafood.
TBD Foods- Personal Chef and Catering has planned a full menu that will showcase oysters, shrimp, clams and other treats from sea. It will start off with appetizers, and even the dessert will include an ocean component.
Owner and chef Terence Rogers will be preparing the food, and those who plan on attending are welcome to bring along a bottle of their favorite wine to celebrate the occasion. The dinner will open with raw and smoky shellfish and a spring onion soup prepared with littleneck clams. After this, cabbage and shrimp as well as spring herb bucatini will be served, and the evening will draw to a close with a dessert of wasabi honey chiffon cake.
The event is set to begin at 5:30 pm, but guests are invited to arrive as early as 5:00 pm so that they can get settled in, open their wine and relax. The location for the function will be 1410 Gilpin Street in Denver. An area printing services provider will be able to work with the organizer of an event like this to supply it with any materials needed to help ensure it will be a success.
This feast for the seafood lover has been planned for March 25th. Tickets are being offered for $50.00 each, and more details can be fund on the TBD Foods website.
