Tustin to gobble up Thanksgiving brunch

Individuals with an appetite for good food can head down to the Tustin Area Senior Center for a Thanksgiving Brunch.

Items like soup, quiche, potatoes, and fruit are expected to be on the menu. In addition, for entertainment, Alpha Winds, a group comprised of middle and high school students, will play big band music.

Tustin’s Park and Recreation division will be hosting this free event. Individuals may opt to donate $3 for attendees aged 60 and over and $5 for those under 60.

The senior center aims to provide recreational, educational, and social opportunities for its clients. Each day, the establishment’s calendar is filled with fitness classes, crafts, lessons, movies, and other activities. Health services like blood pressure Checks are available too. The center also offers transportation to medical appointments and the grocery store.

No doubt brochure printers have been asked to create handouts for the senior center. The Thanksgiving brunch is an opportune time to inform Tustin residents about all the organization has to offer, and a trifold brochure could highlight some of the center’s services.

The doors will open on November 26 at 10:30 am and the feast begins at 11:00 am. The senior center is located on 200 South C Street. Since the parking lot can become crowded, it is best to arrive 15 minutes early. To find out more, call (714) 573-3340.
