Tustin event combines nature and bold colors

A Tustin studio is hosting an educational and creative experience that brings together bright colors and a piece of the natural world in mid-October.

Pinot’s Palette is a company that runs painting lessons. The business puts its spin on a relaxed art class where participants are able to snack and drink as they go. This activity can be undertaken solo, in a group, or with a partner. A skilled painter will lead all the attendees through the process, making it easier for beginners to enjoy as well.

Black Light Bear uses paints that react to a black light, giving each shades-wearing bear two appearances. As a fun twist, the pieces will be initially made under black light. Under regular light, the bear’s fur is composed of a rainbow of bold and fun colors.

People aged 16 or older are welcome for the event. Beverages and food are sold separately at the venue, with an identification card required to buy any alcohol. Food options include items like pretzels, chips, chicken fingers, candy, pizza rolls, cookies, crackers, and spring rolls. Non-alcoholic drinks sold include soda, energy drinks, coffee, sparkling water, iced tea, and hot chocolate.

Tickets are available for $40 through the Pinot’s Palette website. Flyer printing is a simple and effective promotion method for artistic activities like painting classes.

The event will be taking place on Thursday, October 17, between 6:30pm and 9:00pm.
