KISS to resume final tour

Legendary rock band KISS is making a stop at the FivePoint Amphitheatre, just a few miles from Tustin, in early September.

This will be a part of their final tour, known as the End of the Road World Tour. Poster printing often will be used as promotion around the city for events like these.

This group paved the way for future American glam rock acts that added a twist. For four decades Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have donned their signature face paint while performing around the globe. Over time they have gained an impressive 30 gold albums, 14 platinum, and 3 multi-platinum albums. They have also sold over 100 million records worldwide.

Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer are joining the duo of original members for this tour, as they have been for some time. Peter Criss and Ace Frehley, the other half of the original lineup, were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Gene and Paul in 2014.

The tickets for this show start at $45.43, going up to multiple hundreds of dollars for some resale spots. VIP packages range from $500 to $1250. The premium package gets buyers one reserved ticket at a P1 level, a voucher for the online store worth $100, a laminate, the ability to shop without crowds, a special entrance, and staff. The diamond package gets all the items listed above as well as other perks. The reserved ticket is for one of the first 10 rows, access to the Q&A and soundcheck, a photo with KISS, an autographed picture, and access to the lounge. Dave Garibaldi will open the show, which starts at 7:30pm. The date is September 9th.
