A popular event is back this August, bringing excitement and magical moments Tustin residents are sure to love.
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa is an annual celebration of all things Disney, including sneak peeks at new and upcoming projects. A multitude of activities and experiences take place over the course of three days, giving everyone plenty of opportunities to delve into the magic.
To attend, it is required that people have a D23 membership. There is a free tier available, alongside two paid options. These are priced at $99.99 per year for an individual, and $129.99 per year for a pair. In addition to event access, these memberships offer benefits like special discounts. Registration is accessible through the D23 website.
Experiences included in the convention are shopping among a large selection of vendors, panels, and showcases/performances. There are two venues for the event, which are the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center, just a short drive from Tustin.
The Disney Legends ceremony is taking place at the latter venue. This event celebrates important figures from throughout the Disney company. Inductees for 2024 include individuals like Harrison Ford, Miley Cyrus, Frank Oz, Angela Bassett, Jamie Lee Curtis, and John Williams.
The dates are August 9th-11th, with the ACC open from 9:00am to 7:00pm each day, and the HC events starting at 7:00pm on the 9th & 10th, and 5:00pm on the 11th.
