A music-themed camp based in Tustin will be exploring rock songs with its students in mid-August.
Classic Rock Rewind is a multi-day event where children and teens ranging in age from 7 up to 18 are able to participate. It is best that the campers have experience with the instruments they will be working on. Over the course of the classes, the students will learn multiple songs, along with stage presence, performance, teamwork, history of the genre, and more. Some of the bands being featured will include The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, and Led Zeppelin, with all the music coming from the 1960s and 1970s.
Campers will need to come with their own meal and drink due to each day, as the camp will last several hours, running through lunchtime. The final day will close off with a show for guests of the performers.
The School Of Rock is a company with locations spanning over 15 different countries. The goal for the staff is to give kids an outlet for their passions, as well as helping them prepare to succeed.
The activities will take place from 9:00am to 3:00pm each day. The cost for this particular camp is $549. Parents or guardians will need to make a cancellation no less than 15 days before day one of the lessons in order to receive a complete refund if the need arises. Flyer printing is often done to promote summer camps and music lessons like this.
The dates for the Classic Rock Rewind are set to be August 8th through August 12th, with everything taking place at the Tustin location of School Of Rock.
