A popular group will be bringing some friends with them on the road for a new tour. They will be making a stop in Santa Ana, which is just a few miles outside of Tustin, in early May.
Hey Violet is a band currently made up of Casey Moreta, Nia Lovelis, and Rena Lovelis. The group has toured multiple times with 5 Seconds Of Summer, as well as doing their own headlining tours. Some of their hits include “Guys My Age,” “Smash Into You,” “Clean,” “Problems,” “Sparks Fly,” “O.D.D.,” and “Queen Of The Night.” Rena and Nia are sisters, with Casey being a member they added in 2015 after the departure of a previous member, Julia Pierce. The band with Pierce also included Miranda Miller, and was under the name Cherri Bomb. Miranda departed Hey Violet in 2017. Ian Shipp, a member added in 2016, left the group some time later.
The Better Than I’ve Ever Been tour will also feature opening acts Victoria Anthony and Wrenn. Each artist will have either their own table or a section at a table to sell their respective merchandise. Items sold at similar concerts often include shirts with the artist’s Logo Design, hats, jewelry such as bracelets, and Posters.
The show is being held in the Constellation Room. Negative tests or vaccination proof are required of all attendees, as well as masks for those who are unvaccinated. The venue is standing only. Tickets will cost $18 plus service fees. The event will kick off at 7:00 pm on May 2.
