An art history professor at Stockton University has recently had a book published.
The work, which was created by Kate Ogden and is titled ‘Yosemite’, tells the story of the park’s history and current state, and includes more than 200 different artistic pieces such as paintings and photos. It also contains a variety of articles that center on the commerce, art, and nature that can be found in the region.
Ogden hopes that her book will allow readers to get a new perspective on the park and see it differently to the way they do now. She further went on to say that she has spent many years of her career learning about Yosemite, and it has always held her interest. In the past, she has contributed essays to collections published by other authors.
To help launch the publication, an event was held in the University’s Kramer Hall. The book officially went on sale on October 15. A poster printing company can produce Posters and other items that can be used in bookstores and similar locations to promote new literary works, such as this, to potential customers and anyone else who may be interested.
Ogden remarked that now that her most recent effort is complete, she hopes to spend some time traveling to Asia where she will be able to study and learn more about Eastern art. Get a Free Quote for Posters
