Stockton offers new affordable single-family homes

A new residential community is now opened in Stockton.

With one section of the community already sold out, LGI Homes, Inc. is building another section this fall of single-family homes which will offer homebuyers an affordable alternative near the center of the city.

Called LGI Homes at Cornerstone, these houses feature both one- and two-story homes with areas ranging between 1,158 square feet to just over 2,400 square feet, and as many as three bathrooms and five bedrooms.

Other features of these homes include spacious open layouts, oversized wood cabinetry, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, and granite countertops. Brochure printing is often used to provide more details and information about such features.

Interstate 5 is only one mile from the community, meaning residents are only 10 minutes from downtown Stockton, offering the Stockton Arena, the Haggin Museum, and the Bob Hope Theatre, as well as many shops and restaurants. A two-hour ride can take residents to major beaches at Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz and high-quality skiing locations at Bear Valley and the Kirkwood Ski Resort. Within the neighborhood are a playground for children, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and many walking paths.
