Central Industrial Center, an industrial development that spans 1.1 million square feet, is now open in Stockton.
The development has three Class-A buildings and is available for leasing. It was developed by Dayton Street Partners and Conor Commercial Real Estate along with an affiliate of Heitman LLC.
Central Industrial Center is on a site of 56 acres and is close to Highway 99 and Interstate 5. It is also just north of Stockton Metropolitan Airport and next to the BNSF and Union Pacific rail yards. Buildings 1 and 2 are front-load facilities with clear heights of 32 feet. Building 1 has 28 dock doors while Building 2 has 25 dock doors. They both have two drive-in doors. Building 3 has a cross-dock configuration with a clear height of 40 feet, 141 dock doors and four drive-in doors. There are skylights, high-capacity electrical and gas infrastructure, and office suits in all three buildings.
Brochure printing can be used to provide more details on such facilities to attract leasing partners.
Chief growth officer at Conor, Sven Tustin, expressed his excitement about the completion of these three state-of-the-art buildings. He said that there are many logistical advantages to the site and the buildings offer tenants a great deal of flexibility, so this is ideal for any business looking for warehouse or manufacturing space in Stockton.
