An event has been planned for Stockton that celebrates classic cars.
The 2nd Annual 4th of July Classic Car Show will bring together automobiles and other vehicles with food trucks, games, raffles and live music in a carnival atmosphere, all in an effort to help the less fortunate.
Those who enter their car in the show will receive a specially designed Dash Plaque as well as other free gifts to thank them for taking part, and the winners in each category will be presented with a trophy. All of these can be designed and printed for the event by a printing company. There will also be a raffle with a variety of prizes including both $500 and $200 firework packages which have been donated by Phantom Fireworks, pre-season tickets for the 49ers, a chance to experience what it’s like to ride in a race car donated by the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience and much more.
There is no charge to attend the festivities, but there is a registration fee of $15 per car for those who wish to include their vehicle in the show. Proceeds from the day will be used to help support both food bank services and community outreach.
The classic car show will take place on July 4th at 703 East Swain Road in Stockton from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. Further details can be found on the Visit Stockton website.
