The 8th annual Crab Feed Dinner is taking place this January in Stockton. It is a fundraising event for the Community Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Guests will be treated to a five-course meal, which will include endless crab and dessert. There will also be plenty of door prizes up for grabs, along with raffle draws, a cash bar and a silent auction. A live DJ will be on hand to provide musical entertainment.
Sponsorships are available for this event too, and fees are $360 (which gives eight tickets to the dinner) $450 (comes with a reserved table for eight), and $1,000 (which includes a reserved table for eight plus champagne).
The Community Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired provides a number of programs and services to those in the Stockton area. These include support groups, leisure skills, arts and crafts, Braille instructions, and daily living skills.
To help get as many people out as possible, organizers have distributed a brochure, which may have been produced with the help of Stockton brochure printers.
The Crab Feed Dinner is being held at the Waterloo Gun and Bocci Club on January 17 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets are $45 each. To find out more information about this event and the venue, contact James Cox at 209-466-3836.
