The Pacific Athletic Foundation is holding its 15th annual Orange and Black Ball this August in Stockton. The proceedings of the event are set to help the foundation's scholarship fund for students of the University of the Pacific.
Guest will be treated to cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a sit-down dinner. The event is expected to start off with a welcome and a talk by the president of University of the Pacific; there will also be several presentations after dinner.
Guests will also have the chance to bid on items in silent and live auctions, as well as enjoy live entertainment and dancing to the music of the Par Time Band. About 300 raffle tickets are also available for $100 each, with five prizes to be won ranging from sports tickets to vacation getaways.
Since it has been established, the Pacific Athletic Foundation has raised over $1.5 million for students and athletes of the university.
Stockton Stationery printers are often asked to provide marketing materials for fundraising events such as this. Services may include the provision of Invitations to be mailed out, Posters to be displayed in the city, and raffle tickets.
The Orange and Black Ball is taking place at the University of the Pacific's Janssen-Lagorio Gymnasium on August 23rd from 5:30pm - 9:30pm. Tickets are $75 for Foundation members and $95 for non-members, and tables for 10 are also available.
