San Francisco is set to host Orchids in the Park 2026 Summer Sale, organized by the San Francisco Orchid Society (SFOS).
The event will bring together orchid enthusiasts, plant vendors, and families for a weekend focused on horticulture and plant appreciation.
The day will feature sales from SFOS members as well as local, national, and international nurseries. Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of orchids and other plants available for purchase throughout the weekend.
The program will include interactive demonstrations at 11:00 am and 1:30 pm on both days, led by experts offering guidance on repotting, mounting, and successfully growing orchids at home. Attendees will also be introduced to educational opportunities through environmental horticulture and floristry programs, as well as information on orchid habitat conservation efforts worldwide.
Poster and banner printing are common for such events for awareness and visibility.
The sale will take place on July 25 and July 26 at the SF County Fair Building in Golden Gate Park. Families are welcome, with special activities available for children and visitors of all ages. Children 12 and under will be admitted free with a paid adult. Discounted weekend passes will also be available online through Eventbrite. The event will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
