An entire building devoted to French cuisine is taking shape at 165 O'Farrell Street in San Francisco, under the guidance of Chef Claude Le Tohic.
Once current renovations are complete, the building will officially bear the name ONE65. The 25,000 square-foot space will house a patisserie, bistro, bar, and fine dining establishment.
Chef Le Tohic’s résumé includes having been the chef de cuisine in Paris at Jamin, a Michelin three-star restaurant. His fine dining restaurant, O' by Claude Le Tohic, will be housed on the fifth and sixth floors. Le Tohic says he is planning the menu around fire, water, and earth, but nothing has yet been finalized.
ONE65 Lounge will be on the fourth floor, and will comprise three spaces – seating in a whiskey library, a bar that overlooks a wine cellar, and a cocktail area.
One floor down, Le Tohic plans to install ONE65 Bistro & Grill, which will seat up to 70 patrons looking for French “comfort food” served in season. The first and second floors will be house ONE65 Patisserie, a spot for casual dining that will offer breakfast and lunch. According to Le Tohic, typical fare will include French pastries, chocolates, and home-made ice cream, along with wine by the bottle or glass.
These six floors of French deliciousness should open in Fall 2018.
