The 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher class is an event where people can get updated on current industry-related regulations. The acronym HAZWOPER stands for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. Those whose jobs deal with cleaning the uncontrolled release of hazardous substances are required to take a HAZWOPER training course.
During the lesson, attendees will join in safety activities and complete a mock dress-out. Those who complete the course should know how to describe the effects of hazardous materials on others, identify safe work practices, and recognize site hazards.
Compliance Solutions Occupational Trainers is an organization that has been providing certification training classes for companies since 1995. The group offers online and in-person lessons led by experienced instructors.
