Fairytale Town in Sacramento will be hosting a fundraiser this August in honor of its 61st anniversary.
Tales & Ales is a fundraising event organized by the attraction Fairytale Town. The festival invites local breweries to the town to share unlimited tastes of their craft beers, while children can enjoy free root beer floats offered at Mr. McGregor’s Garden, and live music will be played on the Mother Goose Stage. Guests can even participate in a raffle to win exciting prizes. Attractions like Fairytale Town often use flyer printing to mail ads to the community that get people interested in stopping by the event.
Fairytale Town first opened in 1959 and offers families a variety of story-inspired activities. Many fairy tales are represented in the attraction, including Jack and the Beanstalk, The Little Engine that Could, and The Old Woman in the Shoe. Children can ride slides throughout the park and watch theatrical performances. There are also several gardens in Fairytale Town that attendees can view, like the Alphabet Garden and a Japanese-inspired garden.
Tales & Ales will be held on Saturday, August 29 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. General admission for adults will cost $40, while kids aged 2 to 12 can buy tickets for $10. People can also purchase VIP admission for $75, which includes early access to the event and a commemorative cup. Ticket sales for the fundraiser will open on July 1.
