At the end of this month, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northern California will be holding its 5th Annual Sacramento Red Shoe Crawl. Participants need only grab a ticket and a map to join the stroll through midtown and downtown Sacramento, stopping at participating restaurants to enjoy culinary delights.
Twenty-seven restaurants will be offering food and beverages. Some of those tasty treats will include pizza, barbeque food, and burgers, as well as Californian and Mediterranean, Mexican, and Japanese cuisine. Yogurt, bakery items, and specialty coffees will also be available.
The official after-party will be at Mulvaney’s Building and Loan. Entertainment will be offered by the Emperor Jazz Combo, known for its jazzy house, afro Latin, and Bossa Nova styles.
Shirts, balloons, drink-ware, lanyards, and goodie Bags will be distributed along the route. Local printing companies are making event route maps and promotional Signs for the High Heel, Glass Slipper, and Ronald’s Red Shoe levels of sponsorship.
Ronald McDonald House Charities is a non-profit organization that subsidizes Camp Ronald McDonald – a place for children with special needs at Eagle Lake – and Sacramento’s McDonald house, which provides temporary housing for families with children in one of five local hospitals.
The event will be held June 29th, 1pm to 5pm at the Citizen Hotel, 926 J St. Sacramento. Tickets will be $60 and $80.Get a Free Quote for Signs Get a Free Quote for Bags
