California Baptist University will be presenting one recital, three concerts, and a musical here in Riverside during early April.
From 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesday, April 2nd, A Chamber Ensemble Recital will showcase talented university instrumentalists in an evening of serenades at HMUS 101-Colllinsworht School of Performing Arts, 8432 Magnolia Avenue.
That same evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm fans of 1950's through 1990's music will get to experience a Pop Ensemble Concert at Lancer Plaza.
On Thursday, the 4th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, jazz enthusiasts will get to enjoy the Jazz Combo Concert at HMUS 101 showcasing small group ensembles from the CBU Jazz Studies program.
Switching gears a little, a musical "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" will be presented at the Wallace Theatre, 84323 Magnolia Avenue from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday the 5th and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Saturday the 6th.
The Commercial Music Ensemble Capstone will take to the stage on April 8th with vocal, choral and instrumental music at the CBU School of Performing Arts.
Colleges and universities often take pictures of performances like these then take them to local Print shops to be added to their recruitment brochure printing.
All events will have free admission.
