There will be lots for little ghosts and goblins and to do in town during the Halloween season.
One event will be the 2017 Trunk or Treat at Riverside Airport. Local organizations and businesses will be donating candy and decorating car trunks with Halloween-themed items. Children will take their Halloween containers and go from car to car collecting the candy.
Ghost Walk Riverside will have spooky performances at sites around Downtown Riverside. Four tours each presented by a local high school are slated for the two evenings. Other entertainment for the event will be provided by the members of the California Riverside Ballet.
The free Riverside’s Ghost Walk Riverside Halloween Carnival will be for kids 10 years of age and younger. There will be 13 games including Pumpkin Patch, Wheel of Misfortune, Go Bananas, Wacko Wire, and Monster Twist. Fun food, live entertainment, a Boo-Tique and craft vendors will also be on site. A Kiddie Halloween Costume Contest will be happening each night. Proud parents of the winners will be taking pictures for their family Calendars.
The 2017 Trunk or Treat will be at the Riverside Airport, 6951 Flight Road on October 27 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.
