Speedriverside Networking has adjusted to the present situation by offering June speed networking events virtually and July and August events at its venue.
The events will be low-key environments for business professionals to connect with potential new clients and fellow business associates in a comfortable and cosmopolitan after-work gathering.
Attendees will need to buy tickets online and go to the published venue or online platform at the start time. Each participant will receive a connect card, which they will fill out after five-to-six-minute meetings with other attendees. The card will be a list of those people the participant would like to contact later. The two may exchange Business Cards during the meeting if offline, or each can send a list of those they wish to connect with later on their connect cards.
After the meeting portion of the evening, the cards will be submitted to the event hostesses. A list of those wishing to contact the recipient will be emailed the next day.
The June 2, 15, and July 2 two-hour virtual events will begin at 7:00 pm, and Spring Special admission will be $19.
After that, it is planned that the July 6, 27, and August 17 events will be from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Lake Alice Trading Company, 3616 University Avenue, Riverside. Admission will be $26.
