What's Happening in Riverside, CA…

The 43rd annual Mission Inn run is going online this year.

Participants are invited to walk, race or run through Riverside. This year the event is including a Fun Run along with its usual ½ marathon, 10k and 5k race distances.

Registrants will be uploading their times on the Mission Inn Run website. Results will appear on the website leaderboard.

Swag will include Mission Inn Run T-Shirts sporting the event’s graphic design. Runners can go online and vote for their favorite color for this year’s T-Shirts.

Registration for all adult participation including the Fun Run will be $30 and the 1K Kids Virtual Walk/Run for children under 13 years old will be $15. All registrants will receive masks in the mail.

Proceeds will go to the Mission Inn Foundation which is a non-profit organization that runs the local Mission Inn Museum, 3649 Mission Inn Avenue.

Along with participating in fundraising events such as this, patrons of the museum often order Promotional Products from the museum’s online store.

New this year will be the series of Landmark Challenges. These challenges will be introduced online throughout the summer to encourage exploration of Riverside history. Photos of participants and the landmark are to be uploaded for each challenge. All challenges will be public, accessible and outdoors.

The race time window will be October 8th to November 8th. Medals and T-Shirts may be obtained on November 8th or mailed on request.
