Oceanside area development announced

California West Communities and IHP Capital Partners have announced their partnership in the future creation of a 26-home community in Oceanside.

The community, 26 Tides, will occupy seven acres made up of two-and three-story detached single-family homes. Construction is not anticipated to begin before 2023 although grading along with other work on site is already taking place.

Five-floor plans will be available, extending from 1,675 to 2,290 square feet with three to four bedrooms featuring up to three bathrooms. Home sales are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2023, although no prices have been released yet. The homes will have either a rear or side yard and a two-car attached garage. Of the 26 homes, 11 will have a “pop-up” bonus third story to provide enhanced viewing for north-facing lots.

Brochure printing services are frequently called upon to create visuals to help sell new homes before construction is completed.

The community will also offer two affordable units for low-income renters.

The Fire Mountain neighborhood is located northeast of Route 78 and Interstate 5 and comprises single-family homes situated on large lots. Those homes, as well as open space, will surround the 26 Tides neighborhood. To the north, will be a commercial office center.

The 26 Tides community will be conveniently located off of Grandview Street, which is south of Crouch, where it links to Oceanside Boulevard. A transit station and multiple dining and shopping options are available nearby.
