Oceanside High School, which is now 113 years old, has scheduled a ceremony at which it will induct graduates into its Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on the school's Homecoming Weekend. This is the 14th year for the ceremony, which will honor Dr. Chandra Osborn, Dee Archer, John ‘L.J.’ Richards, Albert Wright, Bill Dominguez, and Courtney (Dryden) Rogers. Flyer printing can be used to provide handouts for events like this.
Dr. Chandra Osborn is Lirio's Chief Behavioral Officer. Lirio is an artificial intelligence organization that uses behavioral science to improve the health of patients.
Dee Archer is an actor, singer, and songwriter who has worked with artists like Rod Stewart and B.B. King. She performs as a blues and jazz singer, keyboardist, and songwriter.
John ‘L.J.’ Richards is a surfing legend who helped found the Oceanside Surf Club. He was the West Coast Surfing Champion in 1963.
Albert Wright began his career with UPS in 1975 and worked his way up, becoming United Parcel Service’s Global Engineering Manager in 2004.
Bill Dominguez spent his career in public service, including 10 years with the Fifth District County Supervisor’s office, and as Project Coordinator for the Transborder Affairs Office.
Courtney (Dryden) Rogers served on active duty with the Air Force for 14 years as an Intelligence Officer, then went on to serve three terms in the Tennessee State House of Representatives.
The ceremony is set for 10:00 am on October 19.
