Long Beach will be hosting a marathon offering a variety of different courses in January. This event is geared to suit multiple fitness levels, and it is open to all ages.
The 2026 Long Beach Polar Bear Run consists of three discrete events. These are a 5K, a 10K, and a half-marathon for those who wish to challenge themselves. The courses will provide immersive views of downtown Long Beach, and the nearby coastline. Runners are provided with numerous on-site amenities including water stations, restrooms, and a preparatory runner's tent. The top three men and women within each category will be presented with awards once the respective races conclude.
Athletic competitions will often use trusted marketing methods to keep contestants informed ahead of time. These include working with local printing services, producing television commercials, and distributing Flyers.
The 2026 Long Beach Polar Bear Run is being held on Sunday, January 18th. All events are set to begin at 7 AM, so competitors should arrive well in advance. Tickets cost between $42.33 and $52.93. Prices are determined by which event is chosen. The starting point of the Polar Bear Run is 5400 Ocean Avenue.
