The Long Beach Ballet is preparing for its annual performance of The Nutcracker. This rendition has gained a significant amount of attention; having been voted as the Best-Loved production in the nation by Goldstar in 2018 and 2019.
The Nutcracker will be performed across six days; this allows attendees to plan their itineraries accordingly. This festival is now in its 43rd year, and guests can enjoy several unique attractions. Examples include on-stage pyrotechnics, a symphony orchestra, a flying sleigh, and a horse. A cast of more than 200 is also directly involved with the production.
The Nutcracker is being overseen by several industry-recognized professionals, such as former Disney set designer Scott Schaeffer, and magician Franz Harary.
Previous performances in Long Beach attracted more than 400,000 total guests. Organizers estimate that a similar turnout can be expected this year.
Large-scale projects such as this will use multifaceted advertising campaigns to gain as much exposure as possible. Professional printing services, mass-produced Flyers, and radio airtime are all effective techniques.
The Nutcracker is limited to a total of six performance that will be taking place from Saturday, December 13th to Sunday, December 21st. Note that daily itineraries vary. Ticket prices range between $38 and $95. Group discounts are available, and VIP packages are separately priced. This live event will be hosted by the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center located at 300 East Ocean Boulevard.
