Long Beach ready to patch up
The Long Beach Patchwork Show has been scheduled for this weekend at the Marine Stadium, Bayshore at Appian Way.
The event will take place along the shoreline at the boat slip found at Marine Stadium. The event is a pet-friendly activity and dogs are welcome. Bicyclists also are fond of this event, and can be seen throughout. Bike valet will be available.
Over 200 vendors are expected to participate in the Patchwork Show. Banner printing can be ordered through the local print companies. Banners are used within the booth or vendor areas to reflect the names of the participants. The banners are printed on heavy vinyl and can also include a logo or tagline.
Food trucks will provide a variety of eating choices for hungry attendees. Photo booths provide the fun of getting pictures taken at the event.
Craft DIY stations will allow interested visitors to try their hand at various crafts. Live music is also planned for the event. Gift wrapping is also part of the activities.
The Patchwork Shows began years ago as a small parking lot event and has grown into large craft fairs taking place in multiple locations. Some include street festivals and others have a large indoor marketplace.
