Long Beach festival to celebrate spooky side of craft beer
The 2nd Annual 1/2 Way to Halloween Hootenanny Craft Beer Festival will be held in Long Beach next month to celebrate the macabre blend of Halloween and craft beverages.
Obscura LB will host the festival to celebrate being halfway to the year’s spookiest holiday, Halloween, and to showcase the area’s best breweries, wineries, and cideries. There will be a curated selection of over 25 craft beverage vendors, such as Beachwood, Common Space, Sierra Nevada, Hopsaint, Bottle Logic, Ficklewood Cider, Vampire Wines, and Ambitious Ales. Tickets will include unlimited samples of beer, wine, cider, and hard seltzers. Coffee and food will also be available for additional purchase.
There will also be an artisan marketplace called the Macabre Marketplace, which will feature over 10 ghoulish and creepy art and collectible vendors. The vendor line-up includes Dark Art Emporium, Mood Poison, Error 1984, Dead Rockers, and Memento Mori. There will also be live performances and musicians, which have yet to be announced.
Vendors at unique festivals like this may decide to decorate their booths using distinctive banners, which can typically be printed using local printing businesses offering banner printing services.
The spooky craft beverage festival is scheduled for April 29 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. It will be held at Rancho Los Cerritos at 4600 Virginia Road. General admission is $45.
