What's Happening in Long Beach, CA…

Four Long Beach businesses, Sweet Jill’s Bakery, Paris Tailors and Cleaners, Fingers and Toes Spa, and Saga women’s clothing, will all soon be located in a new building. When the building on the corner of Corona and Second Street in which the quartet is currently housed was sold, it was uncertain whether all four businesses would be able to find another Long Beach location large enough to accommodate all of them. Their fears have now come to a rest, however, as the four local businesses announced this month that they had found a new location only two blocks away.

The new building, on the northeast corner of Argonne Avenue and Second Street, is currently being remodeled, but the businesses hope to be moved in by the middle of January. The new buyer of their current location has agreed to let them remain there until remodeling is complete and the businesses are able to move into their new home.
