Restaurant enjoys updates in Lake Forest area

Ruby’s Diner, an old-school restaurant in Laguna Hills, is currently undergoing a remodel.

Now located next to Macy’s in the Laguna Hills Mall, the restaurant has an updated interior and new patio that many in nearby Lake Forest will want to check it out.

Doug Cavanaugh, CEO and Founder of the Ruby’s Diner chain, commented that the goal is to provide the best possible service to its customers and so the decision was made to relocate with the Laguna Hills Mall. This restaurant is now in a high traffic location which will make it more convenient for guests and so add to their dining experience.

Another location of Ruby’s Diner is planned for opening this month at the Outlets at San Clemente.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Laguna Woods also recently held a soft opening at the Willow Tree Center. The location is geared towards drive-through customers and will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony later this month.

Aldi, a discount grocery store, is also looking to open at the Willow Tree Center as is Dollar Tree, which is planning a store 12,000 square feet in size.

Both malls may benefit from hiring a banner printing company to create banners at each new eatery and retail establishment to announce their plans and respective openings.
