The Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn Irvine Spectrum Lake Forest has undergone a refinancing arrangement.
This dual-branded hotel is owned by S3 Hotel Group. The refinancing of $38.6 million was made possible by JLL Capital Markets, whcih was able to secure a fixed rate loan of five years for S3 Hotel Group through a private wealth management division of a global financial services firm.
The Homewood Suites part of the hotel has 116 rooms while there are 92 rooms in the Hampton Inn part. There are dishwashers, full kitchens, and cooking utensils in the extended stay accommodations of Homewood Suites, while there are traditional hotel rooms furnished in a modern way in the Hampton Inn rooms.
Additional amenities include a fitness center open 24 hours a day, 2,000 square feet of meeting space, guest laundry, a 24-hour convenience shop, a bar service in the evening, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, and an outdoor pool with facilities for barbecuing. From Monday through Thursday there are complimentary evening social events for those staying in the Homewood Suites section.
