This new facility is designed to meet the safety and precision that are required by these industries.

IMI has also focused on sustainability regarding the facility. To be installed soon will be a parking lot and rooftop solar array that will offset approximately 80 to 90 percent of the electrical consumption of the facility. The building is a greenfield with insulated to the highest performance standards and designed according to LEED certification principles.
