Lake Forest to host open house at fire station

The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) will host an open house at Station 19 on El Toro Road in Lake Forest next month.

This is one of 25 fire stations in the OCFA that will be holding open houses to celebrate the end of Fire Prevention Week. The open house will enable residents to meet and talk with firefighters and learn about the operations of the fire station, among other topics and activities. Demonstrations will be offered by firefighters who will also be on hand to answer questions.

Local Print shops can support community outreach by producing professional Flyers, posters, and printed materials that share news of happenings across a city.

The Orange County Fire Authority is the regional emergency services and fire agency that protects most of Orange County, California. Its core mission is to protect people’s lives, property, and the environment through fire suppression, emergency medical response, rescue operations, hazard mitigation, and community safety programs.

The agency serves two million residents in an area of close to 600 square miles. Among its staff are over 1,200 firefighters and paramedics, as well as more than 400 support personnel. It operates close to 80 fire stations and seven divisions.

This open house will be next Saturday, October 3 from 9:00 am to noon, and is free to attend.
