Warner Bros Consumer Products and Cryptozoic Entertainment, with headquarters in Lake Forest, have recently announced that the DC Comics Bombshells Pennant Collection has been released.
This collection contains female DC Comics characters redesigned in a classical pinup style of the 1940s, with the artwork done by Ant Lucia. The Bombshells line was launched, starting with Wonder Woman in 2013, and is now cherished by collectors. It began with a series of statues and now includes a complete line of merchandise.
The pennants are made of soft felt and are 12 inches by 30 inches in size. Featured among the pennants are both villains and heroines and include Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn.
They are now available for purchase, according to Cryptozoic Entertainment, at Think Geek stores from GameStop, TRU Canada, and various hobby shops. They come packaged in a transparent PVC tube.
