What's Happening in Lake Forest, CA…

The Newport Beach Restaurant Association and Dine Newport Beach, a business unit of Newport Beach & Company, will be hosting the inaugural Newport Beach Restaurant Month for the month of September.

Restaurant Month was created so that the best culinary experiences in the area could be offered along with prizes and other special experiences. Residents of Lake Forest will want to take advantage of the many culinary opportunities.

Among the participating restaurants are Newport Landing Restaurant, SHOR American Seafood Grill, Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens, and Wilma’s Patio Restaurant. Poster printing is often used by such restaurants to promote daily, weekly, and chef specials.

An interactive mobile app called Dine Pass has been developed that will feature daily food-related giveaways, exclusive offers, directories of local dining opportunities, and four grand prizes. Once people sign up on the app, the Dine Pass is delivered to their phone by email and text message and can easily be saved for use throughout the month.

Guests who visit a restaurant for either take-out or dining al fresco will log into the app at the time of their arrival and will be able to see the many offers of the restaurant for that day. They will also be entered in a chance to win daily food-related prizes and grand vacations in Newport Beach each week.
