New residential hotel in Lake Forest

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Irvine/Lake Forest is now opened.

The hotel has 112 suites and is designed for those who can settle down, maintain their daily activities, and be easily accessible to the Lake Forest area. It is 10 miles from John Wayne Airport and three miles from the Irvine Spectrum Center while also being convenient to the South Coast Plaza, Newport Beach Pier, Orange County Great Park, and Laguna Beach.

The Vice President and Global Brand Manager, TownePlace Suites at Marriott International, Diane Mayer, expressed her excitement about bringing this brand to Lake Forest. Mayer said the hotel provides a residential atmosphere so that guests can relax and feel comfortable.

There are studios and suites with one bedroom as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas and a fully-equipped kitchen. Kitchens have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are built-in shelves and lighting in the adjustable workspaces, as well as luxurious new bedding and a large flat screen television. A feature is the Home Office Suite to provide guests with lots of storage space and space to spread out. Brochure printing is often used to give more details about such features.

Other hotel amenities include a fitness center open 24 hours per day, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, laundry facilities, and complimentary and onsite business services, among others.
