New option for dining to come to Lake Forest
Local Kitchens will be opening its doors in Lake Forest this fall as part of its expansion into the Southern California market.
Local Kitchens is based in San Francisco and operates eight micro food halls across Northern California. Each location offers a wide assortment of foods from restaurants in each area all under one roof. Jon Goldsmith, CEO of Local Kitchens, is looking to provide that same flair of local food in Lake Forest.
Local Kitchens offers both pickup and delivery services with each meal created fresh on-site and to order. It also has a loyalty program so that patrons can earn loyalty points towards their next order.
Goldsmith said that those who frequent Local Kitchens in Northern California like the unique ability to easily select from between 5 and 10 different cuisines in a single order. He expressed his thrill in being able to introduce this same convenience and variety of cuisines to the Lake Forest community as the first of the company’s many planned expansions into the southern part of the state.
In addition to providing meals for patrons, Local Kitchens can hold fundraisers for organizations. Local Kitchens donates 25% of the total sales associated with an event to the organization. Such companies may also provide custom marketing materials and promotional products to help advertise events and fundraising efforts widely.
