In the spirit of an old-fashioned barn raising, Professional Community Management (PCM), at the request of the Lake Forest Community Association, pulled together a fence replacing project. As a result, where a 110-foot long ugly and dilapidated fence once stood, a beautiful new one now stands in its stead.
PCM’s management services utilize state-of-the-art Internet technology to serve its clients, although the fence building project was decidedly low tech. Calling on its local business partners, PCM gathered the necessary materials and expertise to rebuild the fence and the community's spirit.
Materials and tools came from Home Depot along with 10 laborers to supply the expertise. Bemus Landscaping donated replacement plant material and funds. The large trash container used was courtesy of CR&R Waste Services, and the manpower was supplied by volunteers from PCM and the Lake Forest community homeowners.
Any time a community comes together to accomplish a goal or to just have fun, it grows stronger. Flyer printing services play a role in building community spirit by garnering interest in a project or festive event. Communities have no defined size, and the larger they are, the greater the need is for the assistance of a Print company to bring everyone together.
PCM manages common interest developments and is one of the largest such companies in the country.Get a Free Quote for Print
